Fifteen embassies visiting InScience
By invitation of InScience, the representatives of fifteen European countries will come to Nijmegen for a working visit on October 2nd. The countries, united in the EUNIC, European National Institutes for Culture, visit Nijmegen to get acquainted with the cultural sector of Nijmegen and the city itself.
A total of 22 representatives from 15 embassies and cultural institutes are present. The countries are welcomed in LUX, where the management of LUX, Music Meeting and InScience inform them about Nijmegen Cultuurstad. After a city walk, the company visits Doornroosje, where they will get a guided tour.
Inscience and EUNIC
InScience works closely with EUNIC to promote the exchange of filmmakers and scientists. This year, InScience welcomes international guests in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut and the General Representation Flemish Government. With support from EUNIC, InScience can further expand its ambition to be a festival with a strong international profile. In order to further strengthen cooperation, InScience invited EUNIC to visit Nijmegen. The EUNIC members are enthusiastic about this working visit to Nijmegen, as shown by a large number of applications from the various embassies and cultural institutes.
